Requirements:
1. Native English speakers from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. Must be able to obtain a clear background check
4. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or 2 years teaching experience
5. The candidate should be motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching as well as living in a foreign country.
Responsibilities:
1. Teaching ESL--- English as a Second Language
2. Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development
3. Supervising test and exams and giving level tests
4. Assisting with administration including intake and placement of students and recording attendance
5. Participating in the school's social program including Extra Curricular Activities
(ECA's) and doing demo classes to potential customers
6. Participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school
7. Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the school
8. Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and our school in his/her working hours, including meetings.
Remuneration Packages:
A. Workload: 25 weekly teaching hours + 15 office hours
B. Compensation and bonus:
1. Highly competitive Base Salary+ Housing Allowance: RMB 14000-20000/month depending on qualifications and experience
2. Reimburse Z visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees
3. International airfare allowance RMB 6000/year
4. Quarterly performance bonus
5. Contract renewal bonus RMB 4000-8000/year depending on working years
